Easter	Any week including Good Friday or Easter	$	100

Christmas & New Year	Any week including a Christmas or New Year holiday	$	100

Thanksgiving	Any week including the thanksgiving holiday	$	100

Where the rental period is less than 5 days a supplementary charge of $65 for additional cleaning will be payable.
